The location is great and perfect and they have parking on site. The hotel is 300 metres away from Captain Cod, where we got some food.

I had a very pleasant experience and will be back. I loved staying in this wonderful old and pleasant hotel based in a Victorian building. My suite with a very comfortable bed was beautiful. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

Clean sheets thank goodness . Ok for a cheap one nite stay as located near hospital and uni. Off street parking.
Very shabby and run down. Very uncomfy beds. Basic shower limited hot water.

Despite the standard single room booking, I was given a very comfortable double bed. Also hot chocolate was provided, not just tea/coffee.

Firstly, I appreciated the well mannered staff who dealt with all my issues promptly. The hotel had a traditional cosy feeling to it. The room was very clean and warm with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The full English breakfast was excellent. Only 15 minutes from the city centre and Trafford centre so located nicely in between both. I certainly will be returning here again when I visit Manchester.
